Communicating climate change to farmers
Farming Futures is a collaborative project between the Agricultural and Horticultural Research Forum (representing the agricultural and horticultural levy boards), the National Farmers Union, Country Land and Business Association, DEFRA and the Agricultural Industries Confederation.
Farming Futures is designed to inform farmers about the risks and opportunities climate change presents to agriculture, and inspire action through change. It provides factsheets, case studies, and a dedicated website, as well as organising on-farm seminars on topics from renewable energy to alternative crops.
